Il Consiglio direttivo è stato eletto nelle modalità descritte nello Statuto durante l'assemblea dei soci, svoltasi in data 29 settembre 2006. Il primo consiglio direttivo della durata di 2 anni così composto si è riunito il 18 ottobre 2006:
